What happens after you create your account

1 Email verification

Check your inbox for a verification link. Click it within 24 hours to activate your ngawitoto account. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or request a new link from the login page.

2 KYC verification

Upload a government-issued ID (KTP, SIM, or passport) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months). Verification typically completes within 24 hours. You can deposit before verification is complete, but withdrawals require full KYC approval.

3 Set up two-factor authentication

Enable 2FA via SMS or authenticator app from your Account settings. This adds a second layer of security to your ngawitoto login and withdrawal requests. You'll receive a code on your registered mobile number each time you log in from a new device.

4 Make your first deposit

Go to Deposit in your account menu and choose your payment method (DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, QRIS, or bank VA). Follow the payment provider's instructions. Deposits are credited to your ngawitoto balance within minutes for e-wallets and up to 2 hours for bank transfers.
