Troubleshooting login issues

Forgot your password

Click "Forgot your password?" on the login page. Enter your username or email address. ngawitoto will send a password-reset link to your registered email. The link expires after 24 hours. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) code not received

If you enabled 2FA and don't receive an SMS code, wait 30 seconds and request a new code. Check that your mobile number in Account settings is correct and includes the country code. If the issue persists, contact support to temporarily disable 2FA.

Account locked or suspended

Your ngawitoto account may be locked after multiple failed login attempts. Wait subject to verification before trying again. If your account is suspended, you'll see a message on the login page. Contact support for details; suspension may be due to incomplete KYC verification or jurisdiction restrictions.

Login from a new device

When you sign in from a new device, ngawitoto may ask for additional verification (email confirmation or 2FA code). This is a security measure. If you don't recognize the device, do not proceed. You can manage trusted devices in Account settings.
