If your Android phone refuses to install the ngawitoto APK, check that you've enabled "Install unknown apps" for your browser in Settings. Some phones also require you to disable "Play Protect" temporarily during installation; re-enable it afterward. If you see a "Certificate not trusted" warning, this is normal for APK files downloaded outside the Play Store — tap "Install anyway" to proceed. On iOS, if the web app does not save to your home screen, open ngawitoto in Safari, tap the Share button, and select "Add to Home Screen." If the app crashes on launch, clear your browser cache (Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data) and try again. For persistent issues, contact our support team with your device model and Android/iOS version.
